The proposed house is situated in a residential district in Ruzyně and Liboc. The U-letter ground plan encircles the outer terrace, which offers leisure space with high level od privacy. The house oversees the garden and Hvězda game reserve, which is located in its close vicinity.

The object resembling an irregular crystal is a two-storey building with cellar, flat roofs, and with a roof  extension. The living room with its large windows connecting the front and the back garden form the centre of teh ground floor which also features the kitchen with a dining space area, and the parents' bedroom. The first floor is reserved for the children, whose rooms have access to the roof terrace. Striking use of materials in the interior – face concrete combined with oak wood, emphasizes their natural beauty.
