A new detached villa in a large garden overlooking Berounka river. Our project is based on 4x4 metres module with a classical arrangement of living quarters on the ground floor directly accessing the garden and bedrooms situated on the first floor. The interior respects the modular structure with classic universal rooms with windows and doors. We have designed the windows to form vertical columns and framed them with sandstone elements. The same material has been used to face the garage and build the portico of the covered entrance. The structure is completed classically with a cornice. We have aimed at a timeless and sound building based on flawless craftsmanship.
